The Practice:
- Must be fellowship trained in cardiac anesthesia w/ TEE certification
- Supervise 1-2 cardiac rooms per day
- Supervise CRNAs during the day
- Annual volume: 200 open hearts and 125 TAVR/MitraClip cases
- Case mix: cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and EP
- No transplants, trauma, OB, pediatrics, or general cases
- 1:3 call with a 30-minute response time
- New state-of-the-art facility opened in 2023
- 1099 package (600k)
- 50k signing bonus
- 17 weeks off
