Bread and Butter General Surgery Job in Scenic Northern Wisconsin

Full-scope general surgery role with strong endoscopy volume, shared Level IV call, and a hands-on OR environment where surgeons manage cases directly, no robotics required.  

The Practice:

• Perform bread-and-butter General Surgery with a robust endoscopy mix
• Share Level IV call with predictable ED volume
• Operate in tech-equipped OR, no robotics required
• Collaborate with CRNA anesthesia and surgical tech team
• Build referral relationships within an integrated network
• Practice in a physician-led critical access model
