Robotic-Supported General Surgery Role in Southeast New Mexico

Full-scope role with immediate volume, Level III trauma exposure, and da Vinci access, paired with balanced call, strong institutional support, and a path to long-term growth. 

The Practice:

• Manage bread-and-butter cases plus complex and trauma-driven surgery
• Operate with da Vinci robotics; training available for new robotic users
• Cover Level III trauma with consistent emergency surgical volume
• Share 10 ER call days per month with hospital-based support
• Build a durable, hospital-employed practice with immediate case flow
• Work a 7-on / 7-off block schedule supporting recovery and continuity
• Access mentorship for new grads and leadership runway for experience
